OP, +1 that you might want to make your state more obvious. Anyone from out of state would need you to ship it to an FFL. This would be probably $20+ for shipping to said FFL, and another $25-$75 for the NICS check and transfer. I had to dig through his posts to get an idea, and 'northern' Michigan...

John, do you think you'll cover costs at $35/blank for pressed curved blanks? Unless you have a buttload of presses already made up, and a cheap assed plywood supplier, I think your margin is rather thin (considering time, glue, plywood). I have 1 press set-up (4 presses, I prefer a consistant curve...
