Gottfried,

For Pole try a variant of the 6 pattern.

Left Hand High

1 = Thrust to face
2 = Right head
3 = Left head
4 = Right leg
5 = Thrust Leg
6 = Buttspike to Face

You can mix it up further, Substitute hips for Legs, Go Right hand high and switch sides. And so on.
