For paint, I have been reccommended, and have used,a Latex based paint.

It has been variously described as:

Exterior Latex paint,
Masonry paint,
Kitchen & Bathroom paint.

Thin it with water, and paint straight onto the canvas.

I cannot fully use some of the Longsword blossfechten guards and blows. specifically those which require the wrists to cross. Mostly because of the bulk of Armour around the wrists. Pflug and Ochs are awkward, but not impossible. and the 'Squinter" (Zwerchau?) likewise. As these are unarmoured ...

I dont know what the situation with osteopaths/chiropractors is in the States, but I have had great results in the UK with both.

Back pain for me, and some other minor re-alignment stuff, but its really handy having a competent specialist look at your problems from a different angle to most MDs.

SCA, Pennsic Battle of the 3,000.

Firstly, I pray that some great prince, or man of influence in the Middle or East will take this idea up, as I am unable to do so, by reason of my location, and lack of station.
