Byzantines wore different helmets than the baltic/rus tribes who wore different helmets than any other lamellar people.
You probably can't go wrong with a spangen helmet, although I'm not entirely sure.

i have a lamellar chest piece i want to buy more plates and make leg armor i just cant find much information about what type of helms were worn with lamellar
