Half-swording

Ok, I've seen now four or five requests for "half-swording" to be allowed. I don't quite understand why though. If at any point in time I grabbe halfway up on my weapon, I shorten it by that much. Why bother? The period reason for half-swording was for an effect thrust through a lightly- or un-armou...

Stolen! (Cross posted to off-topic)

We apologize for the bandwidth, but my lady I and could use your help. Last night while dining @ an Outback steakhouse in Lawton, some person(s) stole my armor tote and our clothing tote out of the back of my truck. While we typically throw them in the back seat while dining, we had forgotten to las...

Two things:

1) Planishing has made me want to get power tools for the shop.

2) I think the spaulers are nicely, but not usefully, articulated. The floating leather articulation more accurately fits the range of motion used by your body.

I agree with a lot of the others, Waldryk is a good custom guy, but Mandrake, Ice Falcon, and Westlig Sterne (ah, who can spell that right) are some of the best in stock people.

Until you've been doing this for a while and are sure that this is your thing, I'd recommend one of them to your friend.
