Wow, thats wierd about there customer service. I had a week turnaround from ordering to recieving on E-bay. Even called them to make sure my order was legit.

Try Talon Armory, Master Glendor. His gauntlet patterns are fairly deep and he had fairly quick turnaround last time I ordered from him.
