In general riveted and inexpensive do not go together.

If it's for costume use only I would recommend checking EBay to see what you can find, I got a butted chainmail shirt for about $100 from Kingslance on EBay years ago.

Another option is Ironmonger/Kingslance they make a very clean conical in stainless for a great price, just don't have the drape as an option.
