For the sword, a hip hanger is just fine. It just has to look good and be the right color and style. I beg you not to read a snarky tone into what I originally posted. I do miss things in the iconography because I often look with my own agenda...to see things I am interested in. I have never payed the most attention to the finer detail of what kings look like or what they wear.
