Oh great, now Adam is getting in line to hit me. =)

Believe me all, I will be working with Adam to ensure this helm design I have works well. So far in the very limited fighting I have not run into any issues, and I am making sure I ask those I fight with about how the helm affects them.

Review: Forth Armour Chain Haubergeon

WOOT! It's been a damn fine couple of weeks for my armour. Most of it has been arriving over the past week, and this will continue right up to April if all goes well. For now, I give you this review. A Forth Armoury rivetted mail haubergeon. It came via UPS today, in a little package, I kid you not,...

Heh... I wonder whose 14th century faulds you are working on...

From what I have seen it looks like it's just articulated with leather...

But don't take my word on it, I'm sure there are many others who are MUCH more up on it than I.

I'm not sure yet. I still need to fight in it more. Mostly the brim shots are just that, the brim. Sometimes the brim shots I've taken do hit my shoulder and I do take those without question. I started with the whole, if the helm rings its a good shot, but as time goes on I may change. It all depend...

Review: Mykaru's Zunari Kabuto (SCA Legal)

I've spent the past few days lacing my new Zunari Kabuto made by Mykaru. It's very important to note that this kabuto is list legal (or should be once approved).
