try the local leather shops maybe eve craft stores take a piece of scrap material you hve and they should be able to hook you up witht hte right size or even ebay

buy an edge beveler they just run around the de and create a nice round edge

i know of three full length sections not ten minutes from my house but tha tis irellevant. check along "rail trails" where they have taken railway tracks out i found these a few weks ago (the tracks were taken out 6+ years ago) and the rudt had not pitted.

what are the advantages of power shear over say a beverly b-2 (yahooi just found one that my dad had sitting around in the basement) i am just curious because the beverly chews up the metal a fair amount

I plan on covering my aluminum shield with canvas and i was wodnering is it best to wet the canvas forst and stretch it out as tightly as possible (cover edgin to i am using rivets to hold it in place) also how should one stop fraying around the rivet holes?

I think that hands should remain the same rules as is right now. Most people fight baset hilt right? well we don't want to put thos full gauntleted and great weapons people aat anymore disadvantage do we? I think it should remain perfectly legal to block with your basket hilt. unless you are a south...
