voice of experience here chiropractics are whacks that do more damage than good. far from anything that even resembles medicine. that said, fine a real doctor. go see an orthopedist and get an mri done to find out what actually is going on and then fix it. best of luck logan

remember that you are not dehydrated until you are thirsty. also, drink the coldest water you can. it hydrates you more rapidly and more completely than any other temperature. sugar is a fine quick fix but try complex carbs for a workout. caffeine is your friend. many other drugs are as well. email ...

remember that you are not dehydrated until you are thirsty. (the extra weight of "power hyrdating" is so counter productive that it will lessen you potential) also, drink the coldest water you can. it hydrates you more rapidly and more completely than any other temperature. sugar is a fine quick fix...

dead on in my mind. i would do exactly the same thing and then i would work on getting the power levels up across the board to a more reasonable level (getting rid of silly touches to the grille being called, wrist flicky games of tag, etc). i dont think you need more than a proper helm, metal knees...

most of my combos start with flat snaps if you are talking about blows. my combos actually start well before that as i view a combo as a set of movement not actually blows alone. but the first shot is usually a flat snap. that is very different from a few years ago when i threw the off side as my op...

i thought i would add whatever support i can to his grace alarics concerns. i agree with what he said and i too would like to find a way that combat archery can be included in a safe and equal manner. currently i find combat archery as it is practiced in the sca to be neither.

i dont worry about my opponent. the rules say he is to be the judge of my blows. i only concern myself with the blows that hit me. either way i dont ever consider someone a cheater in the scenarios as you describe them. its not my place and it sure as hell isnt the marshals place. regards logan
