Re: new rules
unclear? how so? the rule you quoted said "must have this, this, this, or something similar". i would argue that the thickness of my torso is certainly better than my shield, any elbow armour, padding, etc. that is how we saw it for my first twenty years at least. regards logan Ahem. 1) Du...

Re: new rules
well sure. if a guy has a center grip then his elbow isnt covered. a strapped shield is and far surpasses any elbow armour ive ever seen. im certain you arent suggesting that a tingle to the ulna nerve is reason for requiring armour of any kind. that would be absurd. regards logan I agree that elbow...

that was just snipped from a whole list of changes (mostly very small) that was presented from a kem to a kingdom marshals list (thus reasonable to assume they are factual) as: The following rules changes were presented to, and accepted by the BoD. Re: new rules

seems counter-intuative to go to a non-strapped shield because you feel your shield arm isnt strong enough. if properly strapped your shield arm should not tire. mine is over 30 lbs and my shield arm never gets tired even with a full day of battles and pick-ups at pennsic. thin by about 1/8" vs...

the problem is that crap armour, like this, is not required for a new fighter. i have put dozens of folks on the field in good looking kits, nothing modern in sight, for less money than dark victory stuff (which is not protective at all in my opinion), for better than 20 years. it is not "a goo...
