for me the fact that my opponent stands before me ready to enter this contest is the greatest salute. beyond that i dont pay attention to his gestures, i assume they are for him internally.

still doesnt help command and control. there are a dozen or so units in atlantia each with specific skills/strengths/talents/leadership that are easily identified because of their unique heraldry. it would be impossible to use them effectivly if they all had similar tabards. beside, i dont like blue...
