yep. however, its not even close to either kickboxing (muay thai) or boxing. the blows thrown in the sca are about 1/4 the power of those thrown in either sport and that before you count the protective aspects of armour. aint doctors neat! regards logan umm.. it's closer to kickboxing than hockey.
