Sorry, yes I meant for a European time line from a US perspective 1600 is an oddly good date because basically both the Spanish and English put permanent settlements down right around this period in what is the modern day US. Piers is a Franco-English form of the name Peter. Most widely thought of f...

You might contact Johannes, I hear tidbits about him having a group but I know nothing about it, and even if it is geared toward something else if your geared decently you can often do a display of something different. The idea of doing something here in Texas comes across my mind every month or so ...

Froissart Chapter XLII It was a matter of much wonder how two such fine armies could separate without fighting. But the French were of contrary opinions among themselves, and each spoke out his thoughts. Some said it would be a great shame, and very blameable, if the king did not give battle when he...

Modern HWMA manuals

Really. You may not be trying to irritate people, but I fear you may be doing so regardless.

To do it without cluttering up the top 7 pages with stickies, you'd need a separate forum where only the moderator could start a new thread. It might be a good idea, but I completely understand why JT doesn't want a gazillion forums here - the sites that do that are a pain in the ass to navigate. N...

Time for a review/complaint sticky?
I'm wondering if it might not be time for a new sticky about reviews and complaints. I think many of these threads are good but do we really need threads extolling every transaction that takes place here. If someone is selling a few things they don't intend to use IMO we don't need a review of the t...

C&T blade question

How does the armour affect ones ability to move or see vs its ability to protect you. Sometimes mobility or sight is a better defense then the armour. Lo...
