I just found this thread and am so sorry for your loss. A couple years ago our Red Wolf (Rowdy) died in my armes of heartworms. We got him when he was about two days old and really battled to keep him alive. We had him for 15 years, we miss him. We really are so sorry.

Vitus, Have you tested these to see if the fiberglass will chip and throw shrapnel when struck a few times? Just wondering, I had thought about the fiberglass thing before but wondered about the danger of pieces coming off and causing eye injuries.
