And approx how much does one need for a suit of Lamellar?

I'm using Drx from Calontir Trim's fluted plates...he wasn't kidding about some assembly required...

Thanks!

Elbow to wrist is an adjustable 11.5"

Since it's leather the end can easily be trimmed if needed. Heck I could just trim the end at no charge for whoever buys it, but fitting can be tricky. I'd personally want it shipped long and to trim it as I saw fit.

FS: Leather Arms - Black

I have a set of leather arms I'm selling. They are a set of these arms, but without the second layer of leather. They are black. They need to be strapped (including the vambrace). I'd like $90+$20 shipping So imagine these arms with none of the red pieces. <IMG SRC="http://www.dark-horse.ca/gallery/...

It's pretty much a bear pit, hold the middle if you win and keep fighting until the fire goes out. Fair enough. I would have assumed someone would complain about the fire to be honest...I had somewhat thought it was (or at least the sword that was on fire) edited to add that. It looks really awesom...

If needed yes, if it's not for SCA it'll hold form fine when dry and taken care of.

Ya, afterwords I work parts of it into a pan of molten wax for a couple minutes at a time while trying to not spill wax everywhere, good times.

I don't dish any leather, I use forms.

So for my musculata I have a steel musculata chest I use, I press my well cased piece of leather into it then rub it into the muscle impressions from the back, clamp it down, and let it dry.

Ragnaroc 2009 - Ring of Fire

Here's some video Duncan took and editted together with some familiar music from Ragnaroc this past weekend in Washington State.

PS: The video is better on facebook, you can add me "Richard Wasnock" on facebook to see it since I'm tagged in it.

On the topic of coolant.

My current close cell foam padding is all encompassing, and overall the helm needs to be a bit more snug.

I guess cutting out some of that foam, and getting a coif of some kind would help with that.

I use wax because it's easier for me. I've never had any problems using wax, and the end result is hard and protective. Not to mention faster than soaking it and letting it harden in an oven.
