While looking at 16ct Japanesse armour I noticed little plate that look like small hexoganal conchos. The were laced to the colloar (gorget) of the shoulder padding basically making a gorget it was pretty cool. So now I need to find little plain conchos. Also while in a tack store I found copies of ...

Disarming an opponent.
What are your thoughts on a dis armed opponent. Do you let them pick there weapon back up? Make'em yeild? or what. For me I have mixed thoughts if I disarmed them then I sort of think I should make them yeild after all didn't you just beat them by taking their weapon away, now if it was an accident ...

I think I would go with great sword, sword and dagger or maybe a mace or ax as baxk ups. Using some of talhoffer (IRRC) stuff it could be real awsome oh and lots of armour cap ie pie, mostlikely gothic german. With the GS you point blade eadge, quillions and pommel to srike with plus you hands and y...

Thanks Well I think I'll leave the gold trim on the edge of the visor it just looks good (it has three lobes sort of deal) and the come up with some way to avoid being taped although with the powder coating and some windex it doesn't matter. I've ordered some lacing for it so hopefully by the end of...

I remember read just about the eadge of the brim so I have done it (gold enamal) and I dont have fukigaeshi so i don't need to worry about them, if I didn't already have it powder coated the peirce work would be great. I didn't think there would be much else on the helm as it is definetly more of a ...
