That's a fantastic helm. Well worth that price. I know Sir Richard's work and have held many of his helms in person, but that one looks like the eye slots are too big...maybe it's just the face behind it that causes a perspective issue. I assume that this is not the case?

1. How many years have you been actively fighting B+S? 3 years 2. What size buckler do you use? 14" I think...the small one from Mandrake 3. What construction materials? Did you make it or buy it? See above 4. Who is the best B+S fighter you've ever seen? Uh..... gosh, I never even thought about it ...

Wow! Tomas is better than Blankenshield....only had to say his name TWICE!

Sir Kenneth's new man at arms is the 17 year old Eoghan McCollough. I do not recall the name of Gideon's charge, but a fine young man full of confidence he is indeed!

a vigil, soon an elevation in Ansteorra, and a GRAND EVENT!

Immediately upon my elevation to the Order of Chivalry a couple weeks back, it was my distinct and singular honor to be pulled back into my role as Royal Herald by His Majesty Ansteorra to call forward my squire brother, Tomas Niallagain, who was then announced to be placed on vigil for elevation at...

WTB: Simple white belt with buckle

Hey all...I'm looking for a simple utilitarian white belt with buckle (no rings) for the practice field and so on. NOTHING fancy, no embelishments, just a white belt with buckle. A simple tip would be fine as well, but nothing more. 60" or maybe a little longer would be fine. Anyone have such a thin...

You should listen to your Knight, Malcolm. He is a tripple peer after all...that means he knows LOTS of ways to get out of things. Squires are so cute at that age. PROVE THAT! He's got THREE peerage meetings to go to. How's that "getting OUT" of ANYTHING? I say it proves he's one of the slowest men...

Yeah, I have to tell you, "larger" doesn't equate to the events you would feel less welcomed at. You wouldn't have had a problem at Steppes Warlord. But you might not have been as welcome at a high persona event with a modern trailer "disguised" if you know what I mean. You'd take it on an event-by-...

I'm not sure why anyone would have a problem with it. I can see that you'd be more limited in what sites you'd be able to go to, but not too badly in Texas and Oklahoma. Sounds like an EXPENSIVE proposition. But that's your business decision, not mine.

I was very pleased to see Morgan so honored, he's a good man and deserves it. I have fond memories of both facing off against him and standing with him in battle.
