WMA= Western Marshal Arts, or live weapons fighting. It focuses on historical fighting manuals, but that is about as much of it as I know.

Is the paint acrylic? If so, try an acrylic sealer. I use Fieblings' Acrylic Resolene. You can get it at most leather craft stores.

I just called Texas Wholesale Leather, to find out the price for a bend of armour grade leather.... Get this it is 50 to 80 bucks for a bend....
