Right now, yes. Would just be the Couters and Polyens. I have too many other custom jobs on my plate at the moment, but as soon as I clear some off, I will be opening up for more. (Yes, Nissan, your helm is on the top of that list!) If all goes well, I should be ready by Spring. (Given that I work a...

Curious about the interest...
In the between time of working on my custom queue, I need to fill the voids. I was curious what sort of interest there would be in sets of polyens and couters in the same style that can be found in my own kit. 18ga hardened/tempered 1050 "spring" steel - each raised from a single piece - n...

Look at the effigies at www.gothiceye.com That will give you a good idea of the transition of surcoat length and use. 1330s, if I remember right, even had examples of surcoats that were knee length in the back and mid thigh in the front. I believe it was to all for the show of layers of clothing and...

I've seen quite a few heater-wielding Vikings, and actually very few with round shields. I'm fairly certain the reason behind this has a lot to do with the fact that aluminum road signs are often rectangular in shape. Not trying to be a cad here, just saying, decommisioned road signs are often the ...

I am making plans to come to Chicago for a practice. I will post when I pick a date. If I drive 3.5 hours to fight with 2 people, I will start kicking some asses when I see you at other events! If you are going to come up, let me know when and I will be sure to be there and I will drag as many peop...

Re: Midrealm Fall Crown list
16-1 Sir Radagaisus Vidigoia Balthi- Although another excellent fighter, has not yet ripened to the point of being a Crown winner yet. He needs to stop changing his shield shapes and just be comfortable with one. ...found one! It seems that you have, Your Highness. Congrats to you again! It was an ...
