brass/bronze letters to make livery collars would be nice, I have not managed to find them.
I also know several ladies who have made 15th century gowns that require a very large buckle, no one reproduces one.

The rules are odd, I have a by my hand partisan/boar spear with lugs on a 6 ft shaft.
It was bounced at pennsic, my laminated 6 ft pole was passed with no issue, its far less friendly.

I cant help but wonder if you want to put it in a "damp box" to controll its drying speed, that is to slow it down.
It could crack even with a very slow air dry, I hope not because its crazy cool.
I know some amazing potters who could offer an oppinion on its drying.
