I wear one, its an essential part of my kit. I do 14th and 15th cent. Mine was made for me by my wife and it very well tailored, I would not go with out it, in fact I have sold off almost all of my armour, but will not part with the "cote" Linen fabric, bamboo batting, both wick moisture and the bam...
