How does one become an editor of a journal? The same way anyone gets any job. A balance of qualifications, availability and expressed interest/dedication. I hope you understand this is constructive critisizm. It taking more than a month to get delivery of a pretty significant amount of what should have already been printed, and shouldn't take but a few minutes to deal with, paper tickets in the post, makes some folks pretty damn nervous about the leg...
