Klaus, Blouse: height 67-71; chest 33-37; Trouser: inseam 29.5-32.5; waist 27-31 I've been a 32-33 waist and the fit ok, but I couldn't close em with a 34 (last year - I'm getting old). The field jacket will fit no problem. If you're going to be at Bridge Yuel on the 11th, I'll bring em, but I think...

The very 1st one I made, I used contact cement and two 1/4" dowels to hold on the head before wrapping with strapping tape. I used it on my local brother fighter and he used it on me at 2 practices. I then decided to retape the head (for purely estethic reasons), so I untaped the whole thing. I foun...

Spray adheasive held the apolstery fabric I had VERY well. It does a great job with blue foam on plastic or metal also. I also used it to attach shearling to my metal greaves and bozubands. The key is spraying both parts and then leting it sit and get tacky before sticking the pieces together. Oddly...

What is the combat advantage of this as oposed to a rubber formed head (like Capt. Jaime's) vs a a polearm that is not split but has a thrusting tip attached to it? Or is it just an asthetic thing; It looks more like a real one than the others. Does it save weight somehow, pack more of a wallop? Al...

Yeah, split on the table saw. Next time I'll drill a hole and use a knife and a hammer to split the rattan (I was told that is a MUCH better, stronger way to do it). The yellow stuff is nylon towing strap. Keeps the rattan frm getting dents and chunks taken out of it. Its my big-bad-bardiche (wanna ...
