During a practice... Immediatly I had people telling me I should have won that fight. I should have hit him. I gave it away. Why should I need to clober him? My only comment is that in practice I attempt to develop a sense memory so that when it "counts", I don't make a mental error that will cause...

Its a mantle (basically).

Not sure if you would have seen this on Romano Brits.
Its Byzantine, but later than 5th cent.

You'd still need to attach a colar gorget to it.

I have had no luck keeping paint or rubber coating on my grill. What I've found works well is black athletic tape.

i was checking on the society level rules for weapon construction regarding pole arms and found the very first line in the weapons standards to read: A. General 1. NO METAL, PLASTIC, OR PVC MAY BE USED IN THE STRIKING SURFACE OR SURFACES OF ANY WEAPON . Emphasis mine. I read this to regard polearms...
