Btw, your weapons should be freshly retapped before wars and tournies anyway as a general rule. Not as something that the marshalls should call you on, but just out of a sense of pride in your appearance. It also helps answer the 'flat' question in tournies. It also prevents your opponent from eyeb...

How many members of the Chiv are at your practice?

How many knights and Masters of Arms do you have at your local practice.

Currently with both Ragnarr and Arrayd having just moved, I'd say that we have three on a regular bases, two of which are cleared to fight. All three teach.

Activity level is totally subjective.

My definition is based on the small geographic kingdom that I live in that can be covered from end to end in about 8-10 hours.

There is a whole other issues as well. Inter-Kingdom Renown. For instance, I bet I could go to the Mid and the East's Chiv page and name off a bunch of folks that I see at Pennsic, GWs, etc. But I have no idea if they are really active and travel in thier kingdom. My reasoning for this is simple. In...

Do your own count Winterfell and tell me what you think. I'd be intersted in your perspective.

I'd agree with Raito that my definition is generous, but that is based on my current level of play. I may not make my own defitiion if gas prices keep going up!
