The buckle I used was cast by Sir Ustad from a hand-filed example I gave him. There are probably less than ten in existance.

I made it long because I could not remember the total length you wanted. Dying a belt like this with a paint brush takes a long time and I screwed two up before I got it.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you use plenty of layers of THIN duct tape. My early axes had only a layer of cosmetic tape, and that wasn't enough support. I now tape the living crap out of them.
