I'm not trying to pile on here but if I found myself in a camp where there were guys dancing around the fire like chicks, let's just say if I dropped my sword or something I'd kick it out of their gate onto the road before I bent over to pick it up. Just sayin. If that makes me a jerk or whatever, f...

Taken from the Osprey MAA: The Mongols, p.18: The Mongols main weapon was the compund bow. It had a pull of 166lbs., considerably more than an English longbow, and had a destructive range of 200 to 300 yards. Carpini states that the Mongols carried two bows, perhaps one long and one short, nd two or...

I'm guessing here but I dont think it would have that crisp feeling rattan does when it lands. People tend not to take squishy as good shots. That's why people put clackers on maces sometimes. If you have done it, how did it work?

No no! I love the idea of siloflex. Its just that the application didnt work. When the rattan inside the siloflex broke down it did so in pieces, kinda like what you described. Hey Ice, I'm guessing you could in fact make a one piece stainless forearm/elbow with a hinged cover for the inside of the forearm. That would be an actual 'bazuband' like folks are looking for. With the obvious quality of your other stuff I'm sure it would sell. Just sayin.
