I've seen the stuff used for youth combat and thought "WOW" then I saw it up close. it's still really cool but I wouldn't trust it for full power.*

I do not support this proposal as written. If we are going to allow the hand as a target, then the protection shouldn't matter. I AM on the Standardization committee and it hasn't been discussed in the past 6 months.
I am the DKEM for Trimaris and the office knew nothing about it.

who is reviewing it and how do I ( as a DKEM and a member of the standardization committee) get a copy?
