I might be facing Total Knee Replacement surgery. Has anyone heard of people still fighting after having this surgery? My knees are currently double covered with an aluminum greave over an aluminum copp but I'm concerned about twisting motions.

Here are the legs: 21' tall; cuisse are 15" around but back door flap is adjustable.
