Try this http://www.valentinyotkov.com/article.htm You could also enroll in one of Valentin Yotkov's weekend workshops, they might seem a bit pricey, but the reviews I've read all say they are worth every penny. I'm sure Kerry can say more about them than I can, not having taken them.

Sorry, I haven't checked this thread for a few days.

Thanks for the offer, I'll send you a pm to get it worked out.

For a team that was expected to rank really low in our own division, I think we did pretty decent this year. Although I think Auburn should have been in the title game.

I have a few questions. What kind of torch do you use for heating the pitch and annealing the metal? What type of steel do you make your tools from? Where did you get your pitch bowl? I was reading a tutorial from Valentin's site where he suggested not using a thin bowl like some of the stainless st...

Offhand, I would say the only way to legally protect your mark would be to register it as a trademark. The only one someone could steal your mark, and prevent you from using it anymore is if they registered it. Even if some people were to form a registration group, I don't see how it would have any ...

Another thing to consider as far as registering a cross in the SCA, the COH requires significant differences between registered arms, most if not all crosses conflict with each other. Wanting to be an elf in the SCA is not reasonable attempt by even the loosest definition. He pointed her to a group that was more appropriate for what she wanted to do. He could have been an ass and told her to get lost, he was at least nice and gave her a direction to turn. While the SCA is a Fanta...

Take the boots to a shoe repair shop, often they can put a rubber sole on for you. I know a fighter that had a pair of Russian parade boots modified in this way and they turned out very well.

I am looking to get some rabbit glue. I did a few searches through old posts but didn't find where anyone posted a source.
