Definately go used on the HDPE barrels. (Remember, its for a school science project :wink: :wink: ) So my idea is more or less to do hidden plates (either playing card style or brigidine) to try and get that effect. Everyone here wears a standard CoP i would rather not just be another one in the lin...

Good luck finding anything to kit him out with correct Japanese gear without breaking the bank. I was that same guy 20 plus years ago. There are more options now than then but Japanese is not a cost efficient choice. The helm may be a bit pricey, but the rest of the gear can be done fairly inexpens...
