Wedge, mild stainless is not period correct ;^)
I am just shopping around for now, I might buy from various dealers to get exactly what I am looking for.
Thanks!

Maille Dealers
I know Duke Icefalcon sells excellent maille, but I am shopping around to see whatelse is currently on the market.
It must be historically accurate, no butted maille or aluminum.

If you want to see fake helmets, just enter the arena of WW2 helmet collecting. When a helmet can bring a 10K price at the drop of a hat, there are plenty of talented people out there willing to part you with your money.

WTT Historically Accurate Celt/German Kit
I mentioned this on another thread. I have enough fabric to produce an authentic Celt/German kit. I have wool checked fabric for a tunic, trousers and possibly a sagum (cloak) and leg wraps. The tunic will be based on the Thorsberg pattern and the trousers will also be based on the Thorsberg trouser...

17th Century ECW Leather Snapsack
Been waiting on a tirekicker for 1 month on paying for this snapsack. I have decided to relist it at the price I was asked to reduce it to for this time waster. Made from goat or deer, dyed with natural greenish grey dye from Dharma Trading. Comes with excellent replica brass buckle from Najeki IIRC...

Re: Looking for Gaulish garb,,,
Primus, what would you charge for a tunic and trousers? That would largely depend on your sizes. If I have enough wool to make you a kit, I would guess around $75 to $100. This would include a tunic, trousers and possibly a simple (very simple) belt. If I have to buy wool, it will be much more expe...

You could easily use a bronze/brass buckle mounted in a wrap around hinge. Thor Thor Buckles has pretty much what you are looking for.

Pipe Tomahawk and Warclub for Sale
$100 for the pair shipped
Club is made from old hard pine. Came from a barn that was built in the mid 19th century.
Hawk head is from Davis and comes with premium curly maple handle. Needs some final tuning, I just grew really bored of it.
The head has been heat treated and oil blued.

I am 6'2 and it fits me fine. Since this coat is made to be worn over another coat, it would easily fit someone with a size 46 chest. This was one of the reasons I am selling it, its much larger than the 42 measurement.
Sorry, its brown a nice rust color.
