wraping the grill will also help. use a spray adheasive or contact cement. haning off a camail will also help. I have heard that vendels or rivest left just a little loose will help a lot to.

if you can try tig lot less clean up and a lot pretty weld.
althoguth the welding process in the sca marshals hand book is aimed toward some one new to welding any one that has much experiance would rather do it in a single pass.

I can get some in blue with the same texture at the local target.
comes in a roll just like the stuff at walmart but a whole lot softer but jsut as resliant.
there was a guy at pennsic that was selling it in various thicknesses I think at the end of the row down form triplet.

I beleave the boundry question is in referance to homgan or simalar turnies. where forcing your aponent counts as a kill. probibly because in some list some one was either over sized and used the size to there advantage or some one fell on a list pole or simalar item. as to lanyards its a good thing...

looking for diagrams for the above I have a lot of surgical tubing and about a two weeks to call my own. Hoping to get one done.

belt sander is probibly the fastest if you can get a decent size. most angle grinders take stock off tow quickley to leave a good finished edge. the best think about the bet sander is you can get a few set up and run higer and higher grits. althougth probily for the quickest is to find one that will...

i have sceen several break three last year at pennsic only one was sunbleached. I feel leavering is exceptable to a point. I personaly would rather kill the spearman then the spear either with the asist ie hold on to the spear or trape it so some one else get the kill or drag them throught the line....
