check the sporting goods store. black power gets about two weeks more at the begining of deer season up hear then shotgun. many of the higher end stores sell lead shot in roughly 3lb bags. you can also check with the local shooting range I belive that ranges need to cleen the traps about once a year...

I think its 2 inches if use with two hands.
and 3 for spear.
if you are using one hand I you can have a lowprofile tip depending on the kingdome.

Actualy there is a nice brew shop but still no glass carboys. lots of plastic but no glass. the local brew shop has been known to get peet smoked hops.

you can also find out what company made it and then call the company it self. ask for a mill test report on the wire after the weld deposite.

carefull of water also if toarch cutting you can build up hydrogen pockets. your best bet is to purge the thing with co2 or some enurt gas.

not shure if chopsaw cutting will have the same effect.

eepe has a triangular cross section with a prodominant grove on one side. the paint will wear off faster then a greased pig.
you best bet is to remove the rust and spray it with pam after each use and keep it in out of the weather. the out side is paintable it's also weldable to a plate so you can just bolt it to you work table.

the instructions for a pattern are good for that style and for general greaves although if you are planing to run a ridge add an extra half inch or so to the middle

its a set of metal plates of varying thicknesses
used to ajust spark plug gaps and the like.
you can do a search for them on ebay and pick one up cheep
starrett makes about the best guages on the market but there are others that will work just as well

if you want somthing other then street signs you can purchas it through any metal supply. if you are up to the work you can cast your own sheets from scrap aluminum obtained form the local scrap yard.
