I think some one is offering planishing stakes made out of large pipe caps. you should just be able to flip it over grind the edge and mount it to something. I also think kingslayer sells them.

probibly but to put the enamil on they usualy heat the piece in a kiln or oven to the aproprite tempature.

ok I'm a welding student. I have an airhammer asked the instructor about ti and if I can build one I get extra credit. and the tool. now the question is can you post demensions take a whole lot more pictures. and any thing else that would make it simple for me to put one together?

you can use hot water or steam to bend the ratan in to all kinds of shapes. most often sceen with great weapons and polearms the bending can be done with a form or buy hand. the process it self is very simular to how they form ratan baskets and furnature.

sodium is your friend. as soon as you can go to the market and buy a hat. know where your going and where you are. geting lost on the side of the road with out all of your facultys is not a good way to spent the night.

I have heard that a post heat will help take out tension. but you may just want to bend it between two pieces of pipe set about 1/4 inch apart parralel to eachother make shure the edges are parralel at the start and the end there buy using the pipes as a sliprole.

find some other local parents going and just trade of watching them. I know of a sitter or two that would take them for a few hours a night. try and find some one with a large tent that is willing to share is also an option just to have a place out of the sun for the little ones during the afternoon...
