Most injuries go unreported. I will/do pull shots on bare arms. It's not worth it to me to hurt somebody I'm not in a life or death fight with. As a lefty arms are easier to break. So, on 6 pages we have about 3 people who think enforcing the rules are a bad idea, the rest think it should have been done years ago and we could go a bit stricter.
It took less than this to stall the weapons changes.....

I have fought with destructible shields, I thought it was a blast. One technique was to trap your opponent's weapon in a broken part of the shield and twist, relieving them of their weapon Also note: once your pole weapon is stuck I own it... I have been doing that myself for about a year. Before that I used to (and still do) drink chocolate milk as a victory dance after some hard fighting :D

Depending on the brand you can get between 8 to 16 percent protein per serving. I prefer low fat 1 or 2 % just tastes better to me.
