IIRC Green cross on black, similar clothing to the Hospitallers. Assuming you were referring to clothing of course! :)

2) Actually this could prove to be relatively profitable to anyone doing this sort of armour - there's quite a market for it and the stuff that's already out there is generally very over-priced!

Could pot helm and great helm kits be a bit cheaper? Not so much dishing and no welding, potentially. New to the SCA but assume 16 SS would be ok. If they can get 14 SS they'll do it for no problem I'd have thought - they're very accomodating!

I'd say George. The creature is reptilian - I know dragon enters into the stories of both saints but the is a maiden/princess/female of the opposite sex prominent in the background to the left.

Good point Signo! Hadn't thought of that. Peripheral vision and ground vision etc is some helms is a nightmare (My great helm -aka coal bucket- for instance)

Animal - glad the foot is on the mend! Soon have you smiting people again! I will probably end up going for that A-B helm. Unfortunately it's more like 6 months or so before I'm in the USA - can't wait that long, so I'll probably end up forking out for the shipping. Still won't be a bad starter helm...
