It's a firm, closed cell polyethylene foam. Often used in orthopedics.

Out of interest (at the moment)
About how much for this, shipped to the UK.
Would need to be "tubed" on straight sides to fit a banner pole - about 1.25 inch.
Not huge - maybe 18 inches along top, not including "sticky out bit" (technical term :lol: )

Leather Musculata..

Project I'm working on for someone. Ignore shoulders that are totally messed up (overcooked!).
First time I've tried this. There are bracers and greaves to go with it (no pics yet). Bit small on me. Straps need finishing properly also.
A "worn" look was required. Edited to add better pics.
