My new personal aluminum legs.

I just finished my new tourney full legs. made of 0.100 thick 6061 t6 aluminum. I added a bunch of flutes on the thighs so they will hold up super well in combat. I will be using them this weekend at great western war. [im...

New set of arms i just finshed and very proud of.

I just made a set of shoulders and arms for a local fighter and friend and they turned out very good. the arms are 18ga but heavily formed for added strength and i hope they hold since the owner is pretty new. the rest is 16ga stainless, lots of rolled edges and some flutes,i dont want them to just g...

i dont know how much spun tops are but pre dished helmet halfs are not that expensive and worth the money compared to actually dishing your own. It is not that hard to make a functional helmet that wont get you killed but to make a nice helmet that isnt lopsided starts to get hard. I make a good amo...

velcro? sew a narrow strip to the headband and then glue the other side to the helmet. no holes and if done right will hold great and you wont see it.

i perfer to roll my edges before i form my parts. I roll them over about 10 to 20% less then full and the forming mostly finishes the rest. I am working on some arms this week and will get pics out soon and all the rolls were done before forming.

WTS Aluminum flared edge knees.(sold)

I have a pair of flared edge(soupcan)knees with a flute down the center. its got 4 holes for mounting to a thigh and a single buckle strap on it. I was planning on using it for myself but decided to go with different legs. I am asking $100 for these knees. [img]http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff1...

depends what type you want. steel wire are the cheapest but heavy. aluminum are spiffy looking and light and then theres the plastic baldar cup hilts which are the lightest. Icefalcon has them all. http://store.fastcommerce.com/render.cz?method=category&categoryId=ff80808117344aab011752db5ac2016...

I dont mean to cheapen peoples victories on the field by saying there was issues with calibration. The victors are most of the time the cleanest fighters of the day. There have been and will be issues with people not taking shots and i dont believe it cheapens the honorable victors i think it actual...

Widow Montoya- dont you think you might be alittle overly sensitive about what i said? I have been fighting for 14years and won many tournaments and know when a shot looks ok but might not be good or when a shot is definately good.(which its hard to tell except on a very few.) People have always and...

nice job man. what i would have done different is to not dish the lames, just curve them on a bender bar unless the armor your recreating has dished lames. also it seems to me that breastplates seemed to sit definately above the waste/hip bone so you needed more faulds. Overall great work,i need to g...
