Ok, I'm not in the SCA, but wouldn't spot welds (as opposed to a full weld) be a BAD thing? He also mentions that the axe is dull so it's probably for "decoration" and not combat. Hmmmm, I didn't think SCA people fought with sharp axes. If they do, I DEFINITELY need to go to an event!
