Aaron- Thats some change in armor! looking real good! Are you from the Lakewood area? I grew up in the area of Freehold, Howel, lakewood area for half my life! I even went to fighter practices a LONG time ago down in Neptune at Pagan "Pug" Mahone's house.

ebay auction for sword and axe

I have just put up an ebay auction for a sword and axe combo. They are two heavy duty to use in my steel gruop. The sword is one I just got off a nice archiver and blued teh blade. The guys in my gruop threatened serious bodily harm if I tried to use them in our fighting. The auction starts at 7pm ....

I would like to know what a french knight in say 1400 to 1425 would wear for chest protection? I will be wearing a short surcoat as well. I think its called a Letner? You do not have to get a dog collar gorget or a high collar spanish one either if you do not want teh discomfort. You can use a non collared spanish gorget. this way you can rivet a strap on the rearbrace and a buckle on the gorget hanging down a tad. The arm cannons will buckle just above the rearb...

PM'ed and emailed you a pic of the jack boots I have. If you do not want to do the jack boot style then a pair of combat boots will work as well. I just figured I could mail you teh boots and you can see what ya think.

There is a friend of mine here in Florida who belongs to a group called ROC it stands for "Royal Order of Chivalry" They are a Christian based Org. I think they might be nationwide. Well at least you will be able to see the tears falling when a person tries to use this to tilt in and the lance crushes the visor on it s way to enter the ocular!
