Here is a consideration most people do not have when pricing this out...

Lets say for argument you wanted a nice Churburg kit...
How much would you pay for a well made torso/shoulders/tassets?
Guess what, by comparison, lamillar/scale is CHEAP.

Valsgarde Kit and accessories

Hi all, I dug thru the "I wanna be" section, and didn't see anything about the Valsgarde culture...I may have missed it... Anyhow, can someone point me in the right directions concerning the specific body armors and grave goods that have been found? Helm info is easy.... But garb, jewelry, shoes, an...

My (now ex) wife got involved because she liked to sew. She dabbled in it a bit, saw some of the various projects I did, told me she could do a better job, and than proved it. Within a year, she had won a Kingdom A&S. So...I would say, interest in the arts will get them to play some. Just find out w...

Roman Flame thrower

A friend mentioned that there was a roman flame thrower found...roughly dates to the first century.
Anyone have any data for this?
I vaguely remember Mythbusters made one...but dont remember for sure...
I am told it was basically a bellows that worked like a supersoaker?

I spent a considerable amount of time researching Russian Greatcoats... I was looking for a long coat worn by the early Rus. Looking for patternwelded Viking Sword

Hi all...
About a year or two ago, the market got flooded with patternwelded Viking swords, I *think* they were referred to as Paul Chen swords, but do not remember. I do know they were about 250-300$.

Can anyone point me to a site that sells these?

Thanks!

Alan, If you do not keep people regularly informed, and keep others in the loop, you will continue to be regarded with suspicion. Communication is key here. It is the ONLY way you will be able to earn a good name in an arena that passes so much business by word of mouth. Just my .02 Thorfinn

I cut mine after I have the washer/burr on with a set of those crappy 9.00 bolt cutters from Odd Lots. This gets them to a nice height for a good clean pein.
