WEll if the sca allowed Peasant's flails sword an sheild would no longer be per say ruling the feild .. but i know they are not allowed .. how often do i practice anywhere from once a week up to 3 times a week ... depends on work schedule .. and thats pretty close to all year around .. i do beleive i will be retiring them within the next year though .. sometimes I think its just the peice of rattan that you get an how you take care of ...
