WEll if the sca allowed Peasant's flails sword an sheild would no longer be per say ruling the feild .. but i know they are not allowed .. Being a merc an traveling to many in my area the best to me is the Bartonney of Storvik practice .. fine fighters of all calibers an the biggest drawl to me is everyone there is nice :)

Yes Falcone .. there is a Kinsmen or 2 that I still have some issues with when it comes to fighting .. I can get them once in awhile but they still get the best of me .. working on it though :) an thank you for the response .

You are now a Knight of (Insert Kingdom Here) and you're expected to be seen as such. Entering a tourney and getting your butt kicked by an unbelted fighter is now embarrassing (to some degree and to some people.) the Markland army . why its a good group of young an energetic fighters made up of different groups from different areas coming together as one all mercs an good skirmishers ..

I used to have a color chart for the different colors of stainless and thier temps .. also the type of stainless used has quite a bit to do with it .. ran into that while working as a heat treater ..

this is my helmet .. its about 6 yrs old now and the color isnt as ric as it used to be ..

how often do i practice anywhere from once a week up to 3 times a week ... depends on work schedule .. and thats pretty close to all year around .. i do beleive i will be retiring them within the next year though .. sometimes I think its just the peice of rattan that you get an how you take care of ...

Well gentlemen .. nobody came off the saddle this year at the tournament .. but there were some close calls .. trystan did do well as did all the knights this weekend .. they left me with much armor to fix an well some stuff will have to be replaced now .. but fun was had by all ...

I will say it was a very interesting war .. My arms are still tired from the amount of fighting that was done an give credit to all those who fought on the side of the tyger as well as those of the dragon .. look forward to next year ..
