ok here goes, blade. just cut sides off with 9" grinder ( never said it was traditional) cut a tang to go up inside handle grind to shape file and sand then polish with air sander (d/a) (500 grit disks works on everything armour wood metal ect)if you have one if not by hand. :D thanks . the knuckles were made by working the metal over a 22mm ballbearing and then working it up to a point,took time and my scrap bin got quite full, glad you like them. I am still so happy to have armour that works how i want that im scared to do to much fluting etc dont want to mess it up.

hi been meaning to post some pics of stuff i have been making,been making armour for about a year started with a helm of my own design (not to good) then sinrics great helm. i was hooked.I would love some feedback cos my family are sick to death of the subject. :sad: :sad:
