Bascinet for Sale

This bascinet was originally made for Joe Cesarelli here on the archive by Duke Kelson. I bought it from Joe 6 or 7 years ago for $750. I have modified it by replacing the sheet metal klapvisor hinge with one of the hinges sold by revival US. I also made a bar grill that follows a similar outline to...

I bought a 7075 shield from Roderick 5 or 6 years ago, it is still going strong with no signs of failure. I need to peel the cover and repaint for the spring season so I will check then for stress cracks. You might check with Johannes - since he now owns mandrake armoury. You could also check local ...

Tournament of Chivalry: What should it be?

I know this has been covered, but since the search is down and this came up in a recent conversation on the way to an event - and both Eadric and I realized we did not have a firm grasp on the discussion as it had happened, so I am asking for more details. What is a tournament of chivalry/or what sh...

It is an interesting experience to see the people you start with achieve greatness. I am very happy for him and wish I could have been there to witness the tourney first hand.
I miss tournaments in Caid.

Seeking a review of Panther Carousel Pavilion

How easy is it to assemble these and how durable are the pieces that panther provides. Also if anyone ...

I have a pair of bascinet halves from Cet, I am trying to get the point into its proper location. Which is proving to be a bear. After wailing away at one of the halves for a couple of hours its about where it should be but the tip is still curved in.

How are you guys doing it?
