Man Bill that sucks. I wish you were a few inches taller. The only thing there I know will fit are the greaves. I would scrape together the money if I could fit the harness. Talk to Klaus - maybe Zil is looking for a good wedding present for him.

Alan, beautiful work.
My one comment would be that the nickle plated frame buckles are glaringly out of place on such nice work. But that is a small nit to pick.

Along the lines of Ron's advice.
Avoid the first blow, your average fighter loses twenty percent of their speed if they miss their first shot. Learn how to, or practice evaiding his attack.
Also hit him in the legs.

D. mine is a Pennthar bow, I must say that I am very happy with it.

As I said on Honorblade the pull is heavy, but Erika can manage it. I think a shorter string would reduce the draw weight even further.

The original vest shown on the ring lords site was built using comercial fishing lure spinners. At least thats my memory of the discussion when it was first shown here. Pretty cool stuff.

D. should be legal under the javelin rules., don't know if there is a minimum length.

Insane, plumbata are lead weighted darts that were used by late roman infantry. Think insanely proportioned lawn dart.

Love that plumata made from spinners.
