I have a BMHD aluminum spun round shield, and I want to get 4 tabs about 3" high and 4-6" long welded to the rim at the point of the compass. Whats a ball park price I should expect to pay ?
Where can I get the extra aluminum tabs ?

Having worked with a powder coater before, the colour you use is part of the price. the guy i worked with did runs of black magic every couple of days, colours like bronze not so much. as for the durability, get your helm sandblasted first. it makes all the difference in the world.
