Yojimbo, Thanks for your interest. The circumference around the top of the brow band (exclusive of the nasal) is 28.25" That number is larger than it otherwise would be because of the six vertical binding bands. The inside diameter at the brow band is 26" mas o menos. Hope this helps. And...

I have 245 calontir trim brass lammelar plates. 165 of the plates are fluted.
80 are non fluted.
Fluted new are 1.45 x 165 = 239.25
Plain new are 1.30 x 80 = 104$

After a second look, I think it wouldn't give enough room for your nose. It also looks way to short in the back. Look at this crusader helm elsewhere on the forum.... It is 14 gauge, but it would prob be too close for enough padding, and who knows if the eye slits are legal.
You can prob pick up a barrel helm like that pretty cheap here on AA.
Where are you in Al ? I know a lot of guys that can help.
